Six narinfla products, six evidence questions, not one clinically proven stack
An evidence map shows which product a report belongs to, what it measured and where it stops. It is more useful than a row of impressive badges.

What is an evidence map?Which reports concern wrinkle and pigmentation measurements?Which records concern single-use surface changes? What should not be borrowed across the range?Does using the complete range establish a combined effect?- The available records concern distinct products or test samples, endpoints, participants and observation periods.
- Single-use surface tests, two- or four-week appearance studies and patch tests answer different questions.
- A six-product range is not a tested six-product combination, and one product’s certificate cannot certify the entire range.

An evidence map connects each claim to its matching product, test type and conditions. It is not a routine schedule or a ranking of which bottle is strongest. Its purpose is to prevent a favorable record from being reused for an unrelated claim.
The narinfla range includes 3F Ampoule, Intensive Therapy Cream, Repair Tone-Up Ampoule, Deep Hydration Cleansing Gel, Aqua Peeling Serum and Moisture Calming Sun Cream. A shared brand name does not make the reports interchangeable.
This distinction is particularly important when translating a brand site. A product name can remain familiar while a formulation or submitted sample changes. Domestic and separate China-formula data must not be combined into one account of the domestic product.
Which reports concern wrinkle and pigmentation measurements?
The domestic 3F ProBM wrinkle report concerns four-week observations in 20 women, average age 50. It reports mean changes of 18.5% for under-eye wrinkles, 13.7% for nasolabial folds and 15.5% for neck wrinkles.
The 2024 Therapy Cream report concerns two weeks in 20 women, average age 50.3. Its corresponding group means are 18.1%, 12.1% and 13.8%. These are separate records, not a direct ampoule-versus-cream trial.
Repair Tone-Up’s 2026 report addresses pigmentation in submitted sample PM-26SA-947: a 27.4% mean change over two weeks in 20 women. The sample’s identity with the currently sold Repair Tone-Up Ampoule has not been established, so the result must remain sample-specific.
A defined change measured for a tested product or sample over an established period.
An observation of skin reactions under a particular exposure protocol. It does not establish the efficacy endpoints above.

Which records concern single-use surface changes?
The domestic 3F pore report records one-use observations in 20 women: area 47.6%, volume 49.7%, count 29.7% and depth 19.8%. These are distinct endpoints and cannot be added into a total improvement score.
The Cleansing Gel reports also concern single use in 20 women, but belong to the cleanser. Six reported numerical endpoints are presented separately; the sebum percentage is withheld while conflicting source information is reconciled.
Aqua Peeling Serum’s separate 2025 reports PM-25M09-SK021 and PM-25M09-SE018 each concern a single-use assessment in 20 women. The reported immediate, temporary mean changes were 98.5% in the elbow dead-skin metric and 69.1% in the forehead sebum metric. Neither establishes whole-face exfoliation, long-term hydration or barrier repair.
What should not be borrowed across the range?
Keep the evidence in its own lane
A group result is not a guarantee for an individual.
A measurement applies to its stated sample, conditions and period.
A separate-product study is not a test of a combined routine.
Product-specific evidence should not be borrowed to certify another product or a combination. The 2023 3F patch and Dermatest records concern the tested ampoule; they do not establish that all six formulas earned the same rating.
The separate KTR elasticity record also requires a verified connection between its tested formulation and the current product before it is presented as a current-bottle result. The presence of a brand name does not resolve sample identity.
For the Sun Cream, this evidence set does not include a verified current-label protection index and matching independent report. We therefore do not reproduce an SPF or PA number here or claim overseas approval. Check the current product label and appropriate protection documentation.
Does using the complete range establish a combined effect?
No. Separate product reports do not constitute a study of the six-product stack. Adding their percentages would combine different measurements, time periods and denominators into a number without a scientific meaning.
A routine decision can still consider product roles and personal preferences, but it should not be described as clinically proving synergy, deeper absorption or faster results unless the relevant combination was actually tested.
The same principle applies to tolerability. A favorable patch observation for one formula does not guarantee the response to several layered products, pregnancy use or immediate use after a procedure. Those are different questions.
For a practical reading, ask four things of every claim: which product or sample, which endpoint, which group and which period? Then ask what remains unverified. An evidence map is successful when it makes both the result and its boundary easy to see.
Questions & answers
Can I add the trial percentages to describe the full routine?
No. They refer to different endpoints and conditions, so their sum would not represent a tested combined benefit.
Why is the Sun Cream’s SPF or PA number not listed?
The current label and matching protection report are not verified within this evidence set. A number should not be repeated from conflicting older material.
Which instructions take priority over a suggested routine?
The current product package directions take priority. Introduce products according to their own instructions; a separate-product study is not a test of the complete routine.
